0.14.1: Active character and dialog fixes

An improved active character view and repairs to dialogs and the layer editor in dm-screen.com 0.14.1.

Release 0.14.1 follows the workspace redesign with an improved Active Character view on the DM screen.

It also repairs dialogs that were not working as expected and fixes the backdrop overlapping the edit layer dialog. If the backdrop was getting between you and your map-layer controls, this update addresses it.
