0.12.2: Correct positioning for large maps

A focused fix for large map images on the game screen, plus removal of the legacy dark-mode navigation option, in dm-screen.com 0.12.2.

Release 0.12.2 fixes game screen map positioning for large images. If your map was not landing in the right place on the players’ display, this update addresses that problem.

The legacy dark mode option is also removed from navigation. This is a small maintenance release; it introduces no new map controls.
